A penthouse in the heart of The Hague, that sounds like a dream doesn't it? For this family it is reality! Because the apartment is at a higher altitude, the building sometimes literally blows back and forth. Fortunately, the men of ICM did not suffer from vertigo!
The floor that was in the apartment had started to crack due to the violent gusts of wind and thus the action in the building. ICM Projects was approached by this family to use its expertise. We laid rubber mats over the floor and created a new PU concrete-look screed on top of it so that the floor could never crack again. This is because the floor is now free of the subfloor.
