HQ Pack ensures that complete systems, sensitive and fragile components can be safely transported from one location to another. ICM Projects has realized several cleanrooms at HQ pack. The project we want to highlight now is a cleanroom equipped with an ESD (Electro Static Discharge) epoxy casting floor. An ESD floor ensures that no electrostatic discharge is transmitted to persons or equipment. This type of floor is therefore ideally suited for areas where people work with sensitive equipment and where protection must be provided against electrostatic discharges.
On this project, we poured as much as 1,500 m2 of Epoxy poured floor. In addition, we also provided the area with lineation, so that HQ Pack employees can clearly see where the walkway is.
