The Cube is a former office building transformed into 36 student/ starter lofts in the heart of Eindhoven. The complex has a modern look and feel. It was up to ICM to continue that look and feel inside the building.
We started with treating the existing anhydrite floors and leveling them afterwards. A PVC loose lay was chosen for all apartments and corridors. This gives the complex a unity which contributes to the modern look. To be able to complete this project in the relatively short implementation period, we also worked on weekends. After all, we make everything a party!
