The Cube is a former office building transformed into 36 student/ starter lofts in the heart of Eindhoven. The complex has a modern look and feel. It was up to ICM to continue that look and feel inside the building.
We started by leveling the subfloors in order to then apply anhydrite to them. A PVC loose lay was chosen for all apartments and corridors. This gives the complex a unity which contributes to the modern look. To be able to complete this project in the relatively short implementation period, we also worked on weekends. After all, we make everything a party!
