The Castle Appartments gets its name from neighbor, Castle Helmond. The apartment complex is surrounded by a garden full of historic statues. The Castle offers both modern studios and apartments with a high level of finish and a sleek, contemporary look.
Thanks to PGA Group and Perree & Partners, ICM Projects fitted The Castle Appartments with PVC loose lay in a wildlife bond. This required the subfloors to be leveled first. By choosing a wild banding pattern you create a playful, contemporary effect in the room. That fits perfectly with the look of the building. To complete the space, we also delivered and installed the skirting boards. All this in an incredibly short implementation period in which many workers were working simultaneously. Not optimal conditions, but nothing stands in our way to eventually deliver a fantastic end result. You will want to rent a place here, believe us!
