Spitters Weert is a luxury business building with 8 offices in Weert. The building has a professional appearance and is located at a high visibility location directly on the A2 Eindhoven-Maastricht/Heerlen motorway. The various offices are available for rent to companies. ICM Project was asked by client Spitters Vastgoed to redecorate the interior of the building to give it a new look.
Previously there was carpet in the offices, we removed this to then start leveling the subfloors. We then installed new carpet tiles in the offices. In the common areas, such as the impressive reception hall, we laid a dark PVC herringbone floor. This gives the space a luxurious feel.
The building was in use during our work. We coordinated our work as best we could with the various tenants, so that they would be affected as little as possible. And we succeeded!
