In the stately building on the outskirts of the municipality of Eersel, 28 care cluster apartments have been realized. These apartments are suitable for one-person households. The homes all have a luxurious and comfortable appearance. Besides the homes, the building also contains a number of common rooms and facilities for the residents such as a lounge with fireplace, library and wellness area.
In a short execution period, we did an awful lot of work as a team. For example, we leveled the subfloors and provided that base with anhydrite. To translate the look of the stately building inside, we chose a combination of wooden floors, coating floors and wall-to-wall carpets.
