Thanks to client Bakkers Hommen, the ICM Projects team was able to make a very nice contribution to the transformation of a former office building into 51 rental apartments in Capelle aan den IJssel. The apartment complex is located in a green, wooded area. Not surprising that there is a roof terrace, from where you can view those green surroundings in a unique way.
We started this project by constructively sanding the subfloors. We then coated them with anhydrite. A nice basis for the PVC strips that we laid both in a wild pattern and in a herringbone pattern. This provides a nice, playful variation in the complex. Of course, the floors were neatly finished with custom-made walk-off mats. We were able to accomplish this within a considerably short implementation period because we have an awesome team that is always willing to go the extra mile!
