A huge amount of asbestos had been remediated in this building. The asbestos had even penetrated the glue of the old floors. This therefore had to be roughly removed. The subfloors that were then left behind were in very poor condition. ICM immediately came to the rescue and repaired subfloors on several floors with the leveling pump. Using our pumps, we can level up to 2,500 m2 per day, yes really! After leveling, we fitted the floors with low-maintenance PVC strips.
