A former convent was transformed in 2018 into a new residential and living environment consisting of 28 care apartments. Villa Dalia is now occupied by elderly people in need of care with memory problems. The authentic elements were preserved as much as possible during the renovation of the building. ICM took care of all floors within this beautiful transformation.
One of the biggest challenges of this project was the poor subfloors. Of course logical, given the history of the property. Of course, here too we looked for the right solutions to restore the subfloors to their former glory. We did this with Uzin Utz products. We then fitted the repaired subfloors with a beautiful mFlor PVC strip in the dryback version.
