Courtesy of client Bakker Hommen, ICM Projects allowed us to play a role in the transformation of a former office building into 58 luxury rental apartments; De Holland in Dordrecht. The apartments are sustainable and modern, in short, totally contemporary!
We had to completely sand the subfloors before we could get started. In the apartments we laid PVC loose lay in a wild pattern, which gives the apartments a playful character. In the corridors, on the other hand, we chose a more classic laying method, namely the Hungarian point. Special combinations, doing things just a little differently from the rest, that suits who we are!
