Residential complex the Cullinan consists of seven luxury rental apartments and two very spacious penthouses, intended for the older, conscious tenant. The residential complex is situated in a former office building located on the Oude Torenstraat in Hilversum. The building has been sustainably transformed into a luxury residence consisting of offices and apartments. With the city center within easy reach and public transport connections within walking distance, the complex is very suitable for the conscious city dweller!
On this project, we renovated all anhydrite subfloors by leveling them with a gypsum-bonded leveler from Uzin. Over this level base, we glued a dryback PVC strip from mFlor. With this application, the homes can be rented out for the next 15 years without any problems.
